We are a team of highly skilled and experienced sheet metal workers and fabricators who produce high quality work.

Most of our work demands tight tolerances. Although we love customers who give us long deadlines, we are well used to turning difficult jobs out at very short notice.

We are friendly, conscientious and reliable, and believe we offer an excellent service that is competitively priced. The majority of our business comes from referrals and recommendations.

A complete service

We offer a complete design, production and completion service and can organise high quality finishing plus packaging and delivery. In house we offer design, programming, CNC laser cutting, folding, welding (MIG, TIG and spot), patination, and general cleaning and finishing.

Sectors and customers

We serve a broad and general market, with a relatively high volume of work in prototyping and small batch work, frameworks and hanging gantries, trims, frames and skirtings for the bespoke furniture trade, and bracketry for LCD, plasma, satellite, TV cameras, CCTV and security, including bespoke stainless steel and non-ferrous electrical bracketry. Our customers include large companies with a UK-wide and international reach as well as smaller clients with bespoke and one-off requirements.

Flexible by design

We are happy to modify our capacity to suit client requirements. Recent developments include tube bending and plasma cutting, both developed to meet the needs of specific customers.

We embrace technology at the core of our service, with full CAD and CAM systems and on-site programming. Quotations can be turned around quickly, and we can advise on pricing detail to help control costs. We can quote from electronic files as well as paper drawings, existing items and concepts.

Materials

Any manner of materials can be worked, from mild steel and aluminium through to stainless steel, brass, copper and engineering plastics. As long as it can be formed we can work with it. Our depth of materials expertise means that whether your work is decorative or functional, we can provide technical and creative input at both the costing and design phases.
