Sheet metal fabrication can be undertaken on components up to 300 kg, although heavier items can be handled under certain conditions, for example unassembled final assemblies. Our facilities are large and allow us to handle long fabrications such as architectural metalwork and sign work.
Fabrications can be made in all standard materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and we are happy to work with copper, brass and most engineering plastics.
As a small flexible company we are happy to take on complex bespoke fabrication projects. We have the time to deal with the small problems that come with many projects, which larger companies looking for higher volume cannot address. All fabrication can be finished as required and assembled with fixtures and fittings to customer specification.
